Before students can participate in middle school or high school athletics or high school marching band, they must get a physical from a doctor. You can get a physical from a physician of your choice, or you can sign up to get a physical during one of four clinics being held at the high school during the month of July. Dr. Daniel Rudolph and Dr. Joshua Boldt from Kidz Biz Pediatrics will be here. The cost is $25 in cash at the time of the physical. They will be held in the high school health room. Parking is in the circle drive that can be accessed near the intersection of Westwind Dr. and St. Mary's Lane. If Dr. Rudolph or Dr. Boldt find any abnormalities during the physical such as a heart murmur or an irregularity in the scoliosis exam, they will not sign the physical form and further follow-up with your primary care physician will be required. The clinics will be held on July 10, July 15, July 22, and July 24 from 7:30am until 4pm. To register and pick an appointment time, click on the appropriate date below:
