New Athletics Online Registration Is Now Open

This year, the Festus R-VI Athletics Department is beginning a new online process for anyone planning to participate in sports or marching band.  We are using a company called Privit for this online registration process.  This replaces the gold card.  Here are some important reminders before you begin:

1. You MUST complete the registration process BEFORE tryouts/practices begin for your sport.
2. It is recommended that you get this done as soon as possible.
3. You will not receive a gold card.  Coaches will get a list of every student-athlete who has completed the registration process.  If your name isn't on the coach's list when practice for your sport begins, you will not be allowed to participate until your registration is complete.
4. You will be asked to download the pre-participation physical form, and then upload the form once your student-athlete's doctor completes the physical.  Students who are going on the 2nd year of their 2-year-physical do not need to upload a physical form.  The district will do that for you (we have the form on file in the office).
5. You will be asked during the sign-up process to join teams.  Please join all teams that you think your student-athlete may participate in.  It is OK if you join a team, but later decide not to tryout or participate.  
6. If your student athlete still needs a physical, the Festus R-VI School District is hosting physical clinics in the high school health room on July 11, 23, and 25.  For more information on the clinics and to sign-up for an appointment, CLICK HERE.
